To all our valued Clients, Supplier's and Contractors.
With NZ coming into Level 4 alert status, we have found ourselves as a business in the position of adhering to governments decision.
We will endeavour to continue and operate as normally as possible with our Sales, Design & Administration staff, however we will not be able to undertake face to face meetings. All communication will be done by either email or phone call. Our factory team as per requirements, will be on hold for the near future but they will be ready to hit the ground running when we are able to.
We can assure you that when we are able, we will be back into our manufacturing process as quickly as possible and we will be updating our clients, contractors & suppliers regularly as to what is happening in and around our business during the next period.
All scheduled install dates will be adjusted accordingly. This will mean all jobs will be rescheduled once work resumes. We hope this disruption is minimal and we get back into work after this lockdown.
All queries will be answered, however with the situation this may take a bit longer than usual so please bare with us and we will answer any questions / queries as soon as we can.
I trust that you understand our position and hope that we can continue working efficiently as we can while adhering to the conditions of the government imposed lockdown.
